05/03/1911 SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic .- An earthquake was recorded 3.9 degrees this afternoon south of Santiago, as confirmed Director of Seismological Institute of the UASD.
The quake created panic among people who felt and was immediately reported in social networking.
